Our little Princess
Mommy's Sweetie
Hi! I'm Princess the Bourke's Parakeet, some call me a Bourke's Parrot Parakeet and also Grass Parakeets. Mom calls me her pretty green check that doesn’t bit. LOL.
She says I have them green cheek cocky eyes.
I was born on April 28, 2006 in Texas. Mommy and daddy got me from mom's sister Mary Lou. About a year ago.
 But I am native to Australia
 I figured that I should tell you what life is like with a little
Bourke's.
 I'm really very quiet most of the time, Mom says I have a gentle disposition. I am most active at dawn and dusk and really at night I like to play. If mom forgets to cover me up before turning off the the light, I will get out of my cage and fly to my mom and dad’s bedroom. Mom says I have a sweet voice and its hard to hear me at times. But I can be loud when I want something. :)
 I like to eat alot. I love green bell pepper and potatos. I will try anything my daddy and mommy are eating. Pellets and seed also are good too. I also like to throw my food. Its just fun and birds gotta have fun. Sometimes mom says that I am messier than the Green Cheek Conure Chico that she had before me, that passed away. But, I have a full time maid (a.k.a. "mom") and don't have to clean up after myself.
 love ropes and toys I can bit on, but my favorite are dad’s shoes, I love to hide in them. I like making my bother shadow move away from my daddy’s shoes.
 And I do not like to share my cage or toys with no one, when I am
playing with them. Why? I don't know.
 Ok, so I'm kind of a little brat. But I can be very sweet & cute too.
And, I am just one Bourke Parakeet. Please don't think that all Bourke Parakeet are spoiled like me.
 And even though I can be a little devil sometimes, mom wouldn't trade me for the world.
